The bathroom cleanliness was a problem. I found stains on the walls and dried mucus. There was also old toothpaste by the sink. The shower was not clean. It had limescale and didn't appear to have been properly cleaned. WiFi was unreliable as well.

I really liked the location near many restaurants and a bus stop to get to various places! Breakfast included a good selection of items, and I had lunch at the hotel most days, enjoying a wide choice. The hotel seemed like a hidden treasure, with many guests returning each year. Serkan and his family run a lovely hotel. I had a really wonderful stay.
One morning, i noticed a slight delay in getting fresh towels, but the staff addressed it quickly.

The staff were warm and helpful. They assisted with directions, local tips, and any requests I had with speed. The reception was available 24 hours. I felt very welcomed .

The hotel has a calm location, close to restaurants and with easy access to transportation. The bus stop is a short walk away. It connects to many locations. It was easy to explore the surrounding areas.

the hotel offered a breakfast menu with good choices. spacious rooms were available. the hotel features a pool, kept very clean (it looked great).

The room was clean. the pool was also clean. the staff provided a room upgrade and asked if i wanted anything else for breakfast. they even booked my dinner at a restaurant and had the waiter waiting for me by name. the location is great, i felt safe as a solo traveler.
one towel had a tear, a minor issue. after a shower, water pooled in one part of the bathroom. i noticed some moisture on the walls in my room.
